How do I get certificates of my offer?

You may have up to five certificates, which will be sent to your current contact address unless you indicate otherwise. To check your details on our system, please visit the web tracking system|, and to change your address please submit the change of details| form.

You may indicate a temporary address below, but only this set of certificates will be sent to it. Please also indicate if you would like us to include any additional information. The standard information included on all certificates is:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Your date of birth
• The full title of your programme, whether your offer is unconditional, and the dates you will be expected to attend
• Whether you will be studying full or part-time and your hours of study
• The fees for the programme and a minimum estimate of living costs

The certificate will be the same as the ones included in your offer pack unless you state the additional information you would like to be included below.

If you have an offer for a place on a Research programme (MRes, MPhil, PhD) in the Department of Mathematics or the Management Science Group (Department of Management) you may also require an ATAS certificate|. In this case you will have received an email linking to the appropriate online form.

These certificates are not the same as the Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS) used for applying for a student visa. See our guide to student immigration|.
