How do I submit new information to be added to my application?

Please use the form below to submit new information to add to your application. If you are attaching a file please read carefully the instructions below.

Please do not submit duplicate emails. You should make a note of when you submit the form below and check our current processing times| for information on when we are likely to process your documents.

If you are submitting GRE or GMAT scores please note that we require your full scores; the totals as well as the percentiles and the Analytical Writing section. If you have just taken the test and have only your raw scores please do not submit them. They will not be considered.

If you have a question about your application please search our online enquiries system| where you can view FAQs and answers and submit a question. General enquiries submitted via this form will not be answered.

If you want to change your address details please submit your changes via the application tracker|.

Please note:

To submit an attachment, please use the browse button below to select a file from your computer.

  • All attachments will be processed within our normal turnaround times. Make a note of the day you submit the attachment and wait until we have processed all documents from this day until you resubmit a copy.
  • Please consider the environment, do not send unnecessary items. Append all attachments into one PDF or Word document to allow us to print on both sides. Please optimise all your files to minimise file size.
  • Attachments over 7MB cannot be received. If your attachments are larger than this then send them in more than one email.
  • In our experience PDF and Word files are easier to read and print. Always please try to use these formats to ensure your attachments can be read properly. Please ensure that all documents have your name on every page.
  • Do not send general enquiries via this address, they will not be answered. Please use the Enquiries System.
