News and events

We aim to keep you up to date throughout the application process, and to provide you with information regarding events that may have an effect on the progress of your application. Follow the links to the left to see our current processing times (updated daily), dates when the Graduate Admissions Office is closed, and news.

Current headlines 

Please note that we are not yet in a position to be able to send out any CAS statements. We are implementing recent changes made by the UK Border Agency which have caused slight delays to our processes. ***PLEASE DO NOT WORRY*** We aim to issue CAS statements shortly. We strongly advise you not to book your visa appointment until you have received your CAS.

Occasionally, we may have to ask students to provide further details before a CAS statement can be issued. This is standard procedure and we will be in contact with you shortly if we require any information from you.

The School will be closed on the Queen's Diamond Jubilee weekend bank holidays on 4 and 5 June 2012.

MSc Finance (part-time) information sessions| - the Department of Finance is holding an information session on three evenings in the coming weeks. The first is on Wednesday 28 March, with subsequent events on 30 May and 15 August.
UKBA has published a new statement of intent| regarding Tier 4 visas. We are advised that the new arrangements require applicants to meet the maintenance requirement of £1000 per month (previously £800).
