Our telephone system (+44 (0) 20 7955 7160) allows you to speak directly to a member of our team during office hours, or to check your application status at other times. The team are available to answer your calls from 9.30am - 5.15pm Monday - Friday. Please be aware that the phone system is occasionally unavailable during these times to allow staff training and also on School closure days/public holidays. Please be aware that if you are calling us using Skype, or another VOIP wervice, you will need to be able to choose options using a number pad.
When you call at any time, initially an automated voice will answer, giving the following message:
