LSE seeks support for a range of projects but there are a number of strategic priorities which are of particular importance. These projects are of a high impact status which seek to transform over the long term the School.
Some of our current priority projects are;
-
The African Initiative
This project seeks to rebalance LSE's engagement with the continent of Africa. It aims to deepen and create new institutional relationships between the School and Universities in Africa.
-
New Students' Centre
This new centre will be the the first entirely new and purpose built building on the LSE campus in 40 years. It seeks to modernise and radically improve the student experience.
-
Scholarships
Scholarships are a vital part of LSE. Widening participation and ensuring that the School continues to attract the best and brightest students from across the world, regardless of financial background, is a hallmark of the School.
The Campaign for LSE |ran from 1997 until 2007, and benefited many areas across of the School. The New Academic Building (NAB) was one of many priority projects within the campaign. For further information about current achievements can be found on our achievement pages|.
