As part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science on the theme of health and wellbeing, Paul Dolan introduces his new podcast series, Get Happier, which aims to help you improve your own happiness and the happiness of those around you, at home and at work, without too much effort.
Meet our speaker and chair
Paul Dolan (@profpauldolan) is Professor of Behavioural Science in the Department in Psychological and Behavioural Science at the LSE. He is Director of the Executive MSc in Behavioural Science. His main research interests are in the measurement of happiness and in changing behaviour through changing the contexts within which people make choices. He is author of the Sunday Times best-selling book Happiness By Design, and Happy Ever After, and the creator and presenter of the Duck - Rabbit podcast, a journey through our polarised culture. He is also the founder of the Lifetime Wellbeing Cooperative™.
Liam Delaney is Professor of Behavioural Science, and head of the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science at LSE. He has written extensively on the interconnection between economic circumstances and mental health and wellbeing.
