Loughlan is a PhD Economics candidate in the Department of Economics. He earned a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, an MPhil in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge and previously worked within the Global Macro Research department of Goldman Sachs.
