COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

LSE Economics research in response to COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic poses formidable challenges to health systems, societies and economies worldwide. This page focuses on the economic consequences of the pandemic and brings together the Department’s research to promote policies that can be deployed by monetary, fiscal and regulatory authorities to weather the storm. New data, new models and new policy packages are presented by our faculty in a series of research papers and policy proposals.
