Jinnah Fellowship Call for Applications 2022

The Jinnah Postdoctoral Fellowship is open to Pakistani scholars who would like to study any aspect of Pakistan’s foreign and security policy. The goal of the Fellowship is to spark meaningful conversations about Pakistan and its place in the world. It has been generously funded by Dr Saqib Qureshi, the Canadian Jaffari Muslim Foundation and other donors.

For the academic year 2021/22, the scholar will be based remotely.

The Fellowship is for 3 months. It will begin in Lent Term 2022 (January to April). The successful applicant will receive £3,000. At the end of that time, the Fellow will be expected to produce a scholarly paper for publication as well as deliver an online lecture.

Applicants are asked to send in a research proposal and CV to Dr Emilia Knight, LSE IDEAS Centre Manager, at ideas@lse.ac.uk. The deadline for applications is 11.59pm BST on Monday 25 October.
