Vlad Zigarov is Programme Manager for the IDEAS Europe Programme and Programme Associate for the Central and South-East Europe Programme.

He holds an MSc in International History from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in Central and South-East European Studies from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies at University College London.

He previously studied Philosophy, History and International Affairs at the University of Bucharest and worked in a number of state and private organisations in Romania, the United Kingdom, and Belgium (for the European Union institutions).
