Joyce is the Programmes Manager in the Department of International Relations. She oversees the teaching delivery and development of all undergraduate and taught programmes in the Department. Working closely with academic colleagues and students, she is responsible for supporting the teaching planning processes.

Joyce has been at LSE since 2017, she previously worked in the Department of Media and Communications, where she studied her Master’s as a student.

Prior to LSE, Joyce worked in New Zealand and Hong Kong, and also spent time studying in France. Joyce is a certified Mental Health First Aider.

Joyce is on maternity leave until September 2024.
