About me

I was born and raised in Italy and I moved to London in 2014 after completing my Master’s Degree in Languages for the International Communication, studying English and Spanish. I have worked in different roles in Education Administration and joined LSE in October 2018.

I started my career in the UK as a Student Officer in a family-run language school and then as a student Services Assistant and Student Services Manager in an English school in central London. I have also been an Invigilator for Cambridge English examinations and worked as an Administrator for a study abroad program for American university students.

I am passionate about linguistics and modern foreign languages and I am very excited to be working in the Language Centre with colleagues and students that share my same passions.

About the Language Centre

LSE is a centre for the study of the social sciences and this is reflected in its Language Centre.

Our courses focus on language and society, encouraging you to learn how to use language in the contexts you would like to live, study and work in. We teach people to speak languages, but also teach about language (socio-linguistics and intercultural communication) and offer a range of courses on literature and society.

We offer English for Academic Purposes programmes, BSc programmes a range of undergraduate degree courses that can be taken as part of a degree and a range of language options that can be taken outside of a degree programme. All programmes and courses relate language study and support to the fields of interest of social science students.
