The Department of Management recently hosted a public lecture exploring power dynamics in the workplace in the wake of #MeToo and #TimesUp.

Professor Ben Voyer and Allyson Zimmermann discussed what power looks like, how it changes behaviours, the psychological consequences, and how we disrupt a culture of harassment to engender respect and dignity. 

The event was part of the LSE Department of Management Women in Business lecture series.

Professor Ben Voyer (@drbenvoyer) is L’Oréal Professor of Creativity Marketing, and Full Professor of Marketing at ESCP Europe. He is Visiting Fellow at LSE’s Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science. 

Allyson Zimmermann (@AllyZimmermann) is Executive Director, Catalyst Europe.

Professor Sarah Ashwin is Professor of Comparative Employment Relations at LSE’s Department of Management.
