Caleb’s research interests focus on emotions, teams, and people analytics. He is interested in how emotions and emotion regulation operate at the team level. He is also interested in the burgeoning area of people analytics, exploring its underlying ethics and efficacy. His work has been published in Frontiers in Psychology.
Caleb holds an MSc in Organizational Behavior with Distinction from the LSE, as well as a Bachelor of Journalism and MBA from the University of Missouri. He has received various awards, including the Mizzou Alumni Association Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award and Outstanding Management MBA Award.
Caleb has worked in data and people analytics for a breadth of companies, from start-up to Fortune 100, across various industries and countries. Most recently, he launched a People Analytics function at a burgeoning education tech start-up. He also worked as an Adjunct Faculty for an MBA program in the U.S., teaching Organizational Behavior and Marketing Management, as well as developing curriculum for data analytics courses.
