About me

Zoe Ziqi Zhong is a PhD Candidate in Marketing, fully funded by LSE and the Lee Family PhD Scholarship. His research interest lies in digital marketing, marketing for good, sustainability and marketing-finance interface. He uses different approaches, including behavioural and experimental economics, causal inference and machine learning.

Zoe completed his MRes at LSE and holds an MA in International Business from Kyung Hee University, South Korea, where he was awarded the Global Leadership Scholarship (first-class). He received his BEng in Cyber Security from the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China, and was selected as the "Top 10 Person of the Year 2016". He is also a certified Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) and Project Management (PMP).

Before joining LSE, Zoe led and participated in research projects on consumer HCI, risk modelling and marketing-finance interface. He also worked as a marketing research analyst for a leading IT enterprise, a senior business executive for an international trading company, and a vocal teacher.

Besides work and research, Zoe won several honours as an amateur singer and choir member, including the Gold Prize at the National University Art Exhibition. He is also a diving instructor (both scuba and freediving) and a Kendo practitioner.
