Ninar is Research Assistant on the LSE Middle East Centre project 'Legitimacy and Civicness in the Arab World.' She is an MPhil student in International Relations at the University of Oxford and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in International Relations and Political Science.

Prior to starting at Oxford, Ninar was a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, working in the Middle East Program. She also has internship experiences with the Tahrir Institute for Middle East Policy (TIMEP), Arab Reform Initiative and other foreign policy organisations.
