Mingcong is a Research Officer in the Department of Statistics working with Prof. Qiwei Yao on the field of network model selection. Prior to joining LSE in 2024, Mingcong obtained his PhD in statistics at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, under the supervision of Prof. Jinyuan Chang. His main research interests lie in high-dimensional statistics, dependent data analysis and network data analysis.
