Robert A Peterson Scholarship

The Robert A. Peterson Scholarship in Global Media and Communications has been established by the Global Communications Development Network (GCDN) in memory of it's founder Robert A. Peterson who was a leading figure in communications. 

The first of these scholarships will be awarded in 2022, followed by one new scholarship each year until the 2025/26 academic session.

Eligibility

The Robert A. Peterson Scholarship in Global Media and Communications will be awarded to an offer holder for the full-time MSc in Global Media and Communications double degree programme between LSE and the University of Southern California. 

This scholarship is avalialble for Year 1 at LSE only. 

Scholarship amount

There is one award which will cover tuition fees in full and provide £14,643 towards living costs.

  • submitted the LSE Graduate Financial Support Application (including Section G: Personal Statement) accessed via the Graduate Application Tracker. Within the personal statement, you must explain fully your background and if applicable, where you are in the process of applying for refugee status; as much detail as possible will be helpful in assessing your application.
  • received an offer of admission (conditional or unconditional)
