Recognition

If you have included LSE in your Will, please accept the School’s sincere gratitude. We would welcome the opportunity to thank you in person, and to share with you the benefits of becoming a member of LSE’s Legacy Circle.

Legacy Circle

The Legacy Circle ensures that you are involved in the life of LSE and membership includes an annual lunch, receipt of our donor publication Impact, and invitations throughout the year to exhibitions and events.

A permanent tribute to our supporters

LSE maintains a permanent book of remembrance, which acknowledges those whose bequests have been realised. It is located in the Shaw Library, 6th Floor, Old Building.Updated annually, the book recognises individuals whose special regard and affinity for LSE has motivated them to include a legacy gift to the School. Their act of profound faith in the institution demonstrates their confidence in LSE’s enduring capacity to always seek to ‘understand the causes of things for the betterment of society’. Where appropriate and possible, we will additionally mark specific buildings or rooms with a fitting acknowledgment of the gift, in consultation with the legator’s family and close friends.

Our pledge to you
