About me

Dr Jasmine Virhia is a Visiting Research Fellow in Behavioural Science at The Inclusion Initiative. At TII she contributes to the Inclusive Leaders and Growth and Governance Hub.

Dr Virhia has an academic background in Cognitive Neuroscience and is interested in how individuals and firms make decisions. In particular, she is passionate about understanding how individuals form and express their identities at social, psychological and neuroscientific levels of analysis.

She is currently conducting qualitative research to explore how the future of work will look across financial and professional services post Covid-19, focussing on flexibility, productivity and well-being. Alongside this, Dr Virhia is investigating how to create inclusive work cultures and how firms can measure sustainable change.

Dr Virhia holds a BA in English Literature and Linguistics from Queen Mary University of London, an MSc in Neuroscience and Linguistics from University College London and was awarded a full scholarship for her PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at Royal Holloway, University of London.
