Sophia is a London based financial services executive and is supporting The Inclusion Initiative (TII) at the London School of Economics as an Advisory Board Member. She spent 18 years of her career building and scaling global businesses in financial data, software and investible indices at IHS Markit. Sophia joined start-up Markit in 2004 and exited the firm in 2022 following the successful completion of a $44bn merger with S&P Global.
