Gerald Wu is a Visiting Research Fellow of The Inclusion Initiative (TII) at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has over 20 years of human resources experience in the hospitality, financial services, and entertainment industry.
Gerald is currently a Vice President, Human Resources at TMX, Toronto, Canada. He holds a master’s degree in Behavioural Science, a master’s degree in Health Economics, Policy, and Management, both from the LSE and an MBA with distinction with the University of Warwick. He is currently a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) in Canada and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK. He was an instructor in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour at the University of Toronto, Canada.
His primary research is focused on understanding diversity and inclusion in non-Weird (Western, educated, industrialized, rich, and democratic) societies. He is also interested in integrating behavioural science methods, concepts, and insights with human resource management practices to enhance inclusion, decision making, change management and leadership in the workplace.
