Magdalena is a Research Officer in social care within CPEC. Her main research interests focus on the economics surrounding mental health, long term care and its policy implications.
Prior to working at CPEC, Magdalena worked as a researcher in health economics and has been working with different stakeholders in Chile, providing evidence in public health, economic evaluations and modelling of non-communicable diseases for policy making.
Magdalena holds an MSc in Cardiorespiratory Rehabilitation and a PhD in Epidemiology, Public Health, and Health Economics; both from University College London, and an MSc in Health Economics from the University of York.
