Reconnections evaluation

Project description 

This evaluation is measuring the economic impact of the delivery of Reconnections (using a Social Impact Bond approach), a multi-component multi-activity programme intended to reduce loneliness in people over the age of 50 in Worcestershire. This evaluation will complement work under taken by Social Finance to collect and analyse loneliness outcomes using the 4-item version of the UCLA Loneliness Scale outcomes for individuals who participate in Reconnections.

Methods

The LSE analysis is employing mixed-methods, combining rigorous quantitative analysis alongside qualitative analysis with focus groups and participant interviews, and decision analytical modelling.
