Jo Braithwaite’s research is referred to in a report into post-crisis financial markets reforms. The report is a consultative document from the FSB, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS), the Committee on Payments and Market Infrastructures (CPMI) and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) and it examines the effects of G20 financial regulatory reforms on the incentives to centrally clear over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. The report was published on 7 August 2018 and may be found here.
The part of the report discussing research into the OTC derivatives markets and central clearing refers to a 2016 article by Jo Braithwaite on client clearing and also to a Bank of England Financial Stability Paper published by Jo Braithwaite and David Murphy of the Bank of England, which is available here.
