Dr Tatiana Flessas, an expert on cultural property and heritage law, was recently quoted in a U.S. News and World Report article on the status of the Parthenon Marbles, and whether they should be returned to Greece by the British Museum. She noted that 'from a strictly legal point of view, it would be difficult for Greece to make a case' but that there seemed to be growing political interest in the restoration of antiquities held in museums.
