Three of Professor Pablo Ibáñez Colomo’s most recent papers by have been cited in a report recently issued by the OECD.
The report focuses on abusive practices involving large digital platforms (such as Google or Amazon). It discusses the peculiarities of these practices and the distinct demands they place on regulatory agencies. The report’s findings will be discussed in the context of the OECD’s 19th Global Forum on Competition, to take place on 7-10 December 2020. Pablo will be discussing these issues with Cristina Caffarra (CRA), Amelia Fletcher OBE (UEA) and Lina Khan (Columbia Law School).
