Professor Andrew Murray gave an interview this week to the University of Glasgow Law Review podcast on "Robots, the Metaverse and Biometric Surveillance". In the in interview he discusses likely future developments in technology law including how we might regulate the development and use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, what the real world consequences of the metaverse might be and how we might view, and regulate, online harmful content such as trolling, exposure to sexually explicit content, or gaming addictions as a public health issue.
