Martin Husovec has co-authored an article published in the Harvard Business Review about the regulatory risks of generative AI. Together with Glenn Cohen (Harvard Law School) and Theodoros Evgeniou (INSEAD), he argues that the use of generative AI promises to continue to grow rapidly. Consequently, leaders must understand the risks and challenges of this new technology and develop policies and practices to guide its usage. This article explains the areas of concern and offers guidance in addressing them.
