The journal Humanity recently invited Nathaniel Berman, Edwin Bikundo, Sinja Graf, Angela Naimou, and Anne Saab to take part in a symposium responding to Gerry Simpson’s The Sentimental Life of International Law. These five scholars reflected on Simpson’s creative approach to the discipline of International Law – all five pieces can be read here – and the symposium concluded with a response from the author, entitled 'My Book as a Russian Novel'.
