Professor Insa Koch was recently interviewed for a BBC Radio 4 Podcast on county lines. Her research on drugs trafficking, modern slavery and racism also featured in a parliamentary inquiry on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ten years on and was cited in its final report in October 2024. Insa is visiting professor in law and anthropology at the LSE and holds the Chair of British Cultures at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She also sits on the advisory board of the LSE International Inequalities Institute.
