SPP Alumni Symposium 2024

The Year of Elections: Public Policy in the Face of Changing Governments
Saturday 22 June 2024

The School of Public Policy is celebrating twenty years of the MPA programme, and ten years of the EMPA programme. To mark the occasion, the SPP is hosting an afternoon of looking at 2024’s ground-breaking year of elections around the world and how this will impact public policy professionals.

We will be hearing from experts in policy and government speak about the upcoming elections, how changing governments impacts those working in public policy, and how policy professionals can deal with these upcoming shifts in their everyday work. The afternoon will begin with lunch and a chance to network with fellow alumni and conclude with an evening drinks.

We look forward to some wide-ranging discussions and expanding our horizons with you; we really hope you'll be able to attend.

Where possible, certain sessions will be made hybrid for the benefit of our overseas alumni.

Registration is now open here.
