Hugh Cole is a graduate of the Executive MPA programme (distinction). Hugh spent two years leading the work of the International Growth Centre (an LSE-Oxford collaboration, based at LSE) in over 14 developing countries providing him with a deep understanding of working on the policy-research interface.

Hugh is now the Director of Policy and Strategy for the City of Cape Town, reporting to the city leadership including the Mayor.
