Ailin’s research focuses on the intersection of housing markets, internal migration, and urbanization dynamics in developing countries. She employs quantitative modeling to analyze the drivers and implications of spatial and social mobility, offering fresh perspectives for theoretical advancement and policy-making.
Ailin holds an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and a BA in Finance from Renmin University of China.
