The Department of Geography and Environment is excited to introduce a new seminar series, “Perspectives Unbound: GY Faculty Tackle Today’s Big Questions”, bringing together faculty from our department to explore critical issues facing our contemporary world.
This series aims to create a unique space for interdisciplinary dialogue, offering students and staff the chance to engage directly with the diverse expertise of our faculty on some of today’s most pressing concerns.
Format
Each 75-minute session will feature a roundtable discussion where faculty members share insights, challenge perspectives, and explore connections across their fields. With one event per teaching term, these seminars are designed to foster not only student learning but also to build faculty collaboration across research clusters.
